Common things people write in about
Manage or cancel Premium
Head to the Premium page. "Cancel subscription" takes you straight to Stripe to confirm it, and "Manage subscription" is there for payment details. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you never need to email us for it.
Can't log in / forgotten password
Use reset your password for an emailed link. Still stuck? Email us from the address on your account.
A figure looks wrong
Tell us the postcode and which check looked off. Every figure traces back to a named official source (see Why trust this), so we can check whether it's a source data issue or something on our end.
Delete my account
Email us and we'll remove your account and personal data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
