Every Premium check unlocked on the property you choose. No card, nothing to cancel, and no clock running down while you are not house-hunting. Come back to it any time and it stays free.
Signing up also saves St Nicholas and St Laurence Church of England Primary School and Radipole Primary School to your shortlist, so you are told when Dorset republishes their admission distances.
