Every Premium check unlocked on the property you choose. No card, nothing to cancel, and no clock running down while you are not house-hunting. Come back to it any time and it stays free.
Signing up also saves Christ The King Catholic and Church of England Primary School and Parkroyal Community School to your shortlist, so you are told when Cheshire East republishes their admission distances.
