Every Premium check unlocked on the property you choose. No card, nothing to cancel, and no clock running down while you are not house-hunting. Come back to it any time and it stays free.
Signing up also saves St Gregory Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School and St Andrew's Bulmer Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School to your shortlist, so you are told when either council republishes its admission distance.
