Every Premium check unlocked on the property you choose. No card, nothing to cancel, and no clock running down while you are not house-hunting. Come back to it any time and it stays free.
Signing up also saves St Mary's Voluntary Controlled Church of England Junior School and Larkspur Academy to your shortlist, so you are told when Hertfordshire republishes their admission distances.
