Every Premium check unlocked on the property you choose. No card, nothing to cancel, and no clock running down while you are not house-hunting. Come back to it any time and it stays free.
Signing up also saves The Bishops' Church of England and Roman Catholic Primary School and The Cathedral Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School, Chelmsford to your shortlist, so you are told when Essex republishes their admission distances.
