Every Premium check unlocked on the property you choose. No card, nothing to cancel, and no clock running down while you are not house-hunting. Come back to it any time and it stays free.
Signing up also saves St Peter's Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School, South Weald and St Helen's Catholic Infant & Nursery School to your shortlist, so you are told when Essex republishes their admission distances.
