Every Premium check unlocked on the property you choose. No card, nothing to cancel, and no clock running down while you are not house-hunting. Come back to it any time and it stays free.
Signing up also saves St John Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School Danbury and Chancellor Park Primary School, Chelmsford to your shortlist, so you are told when Essex republishes their admission distances.
