Every Premium check unlocked on the property you choose. No card, nothing to cancel, and no clock running down while you are not house-hunting. Come back to it any time and it stays free.
Signing up also saves Layer-de-la-Haye Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School and Lexden Primary School with Unit for Hearing Impaired Pupils to your shortlist, so you are told when Essex republishes their admission distances.
