Every Premium check unlocked on the property you choose. No card, nothing to cancel, and no clock running down while you are not house-hunting. Come back to it any time and it stays free.
Signing up also saves East Bierley Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School and St Peter's Church of England Voluntary Aided Junior, Infant and Early Years School to your shortlist, so you are told when Kirklees republishes their admission distances.
