Every Premium check unlocked on the property you choose. No card, nothing to cancel, and no clock running down while you are not house-hunting. Come back to it any time and it stays free.
Signing up also saves Brockholes Church of England Voluntary Controlled Junior and Infant School and Thurstonland Endowed Voluntary Controlled First School to your shortlist, so you are told when Kirklees republishes their admission distances.
