Every Premium check unlocked on the property you choose. No card, nothing to cancel, and no clock running down while you are not house-hunting. Come back to it any time and it stays free.
Signing up also saves St Mary and St Margaret's Church of England Aided Primary School and Castle Bromwich Infant and Nursery School to your shortlist, so you are told when Solihull republishes their admission distances.
